We’re on the lookout for a passionate Hospitality Specialist to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the Formula 1 Paddock Club and other VIP lounges during the F1 Azerbaijan Project.

Location: Baku
Contract Duration: 1 month

About the Role:

This isn’t just a role—it’s a front-row seat to the energy, elegance, and excitement of Formula One. As a Hospitality Specialist, you’ll ensure seamless VIP service delivery while coordinating with elite service providers to create unforgettable moments for guests. Your eye for detail and dedication to excellence will help uphold the highest standards across every hospitality zone.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service in the Paddock Club and VIP hospitality lounges
• Act as the go-to person for guest needs—resolving concerns quickly and professionally
• Coordinate with catering, cleaning, and security teams to keep operations smooth
• Support planning and on-site execution of hospitality events (from setup to breakdown)
• Keep accurate logs of guest preferences, feedback, and incident reports
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure all areas meet quality and safety standards
• Assist the Division Manager with admin tasks and ad hoc projects
• Be flexible and ready for other assignments as the event evolves

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• Clear, confident communication skills
• Organized, detail-driven, and calm under pressure
• A creative thinker who can solve challenges quickly
• Discreet when handling VIP and confidential information
• Able to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team
• Education or hands-on experience in hospitality is a strong plus
• Language skills: Azerbaijani, fluency in Russian and English
