About the School:
Baku International School is a foreign, English-speaking educational institution dedicated to fostering creativity, critical thinking, and innovation. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled STEM/STEAM Teacher to join our dynamic teaching team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Science, Technology, Engineering and Arts, for students of various age groups.
• Teach and guide students in robotics, coding, and engineering concepts using modern educational tools and technology.
• Develop project-based learning activities that promote problem-solving, creativity, and teamwork.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate STEM/STEAM concepts across the curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment in the STEM/STEAM room.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related pedagogical field.
• Strong English language skills (spoken and written).
• Passion for working with children and inspiring young learners.
• Experience or ability to work with robotics, coding, engineering tools, and technology-based learning platforms.
• Creativity, adaptability, and strong classroom management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior teaching experience in an international or English-speaking school.
• Experience with STEM/STEAM programs, competitions, or workshops.
