We are seeking an outstanding Senior Graphic & Motion Designer equipped with both innovative thinking and practical skills to craft cohesive, brand-focused communications. The ideal candidate will excel in generating creative ideas, advancing these concepts, and meticulously refining them, whether for individual projects or within comprehensive, multidisciplinary campaigns. From the initial idea to the final product, you will enhance the user experience by vividly representing our clients' brands, ensuring a uniform presence across all platforms and interactions.

As senior Graphic & Motion Designer, you will:

• Collaborate with creative, client service departments to develop a high variety of content that meets creative and strategic criteria (client briefs, feedback, client KPIs);
• Create concepts in all media for both strategic integrity and powerful art direction to persuade and create change;
• Implement client and internal feedback with ease and in a timely manner;
• Contributing creative ideas that generate added client activity and lead to more client success beyond normally scheduled projects;
• Develop and own the creative development and provide guidance and direction for visual and experiential design on integrated cultural campaigns as well as branding and narrative strategy for clients;
• Support the creative process to generate big ideas that are tangible and actionable including the creation of presentations;
• Provide the strategic vision of the department and agency and lead in achieving goals and identifying growth opportunities;
• Remain current with visual and storytelling trends;
• Ability to balance aesthetics and functionality in visual and animation solutions.
• Ability to think systematically: create scalable animation solutions adaptable to various formats and platforms (social media, TV, DOOH, web, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge and experience in motion design: ability to create dynamic, visually expressive animations for digital, social media, presentations, commercials, and promotional materials.
• Proficiency in using AI design tools to enhance creativity and workflow efficiency.

We’d Love To Hear From People With:

• 5+ years progressive experience in design/marketing/advertising at an agency or in-house studio;
• A multi-faceted portfolio showcasing high quality creative expertise across a variety of mediums and channels within branding, retail experience, advertising campaigns, social media, product, corporate comms, etc.
• A comprehensive understanding of omnichannel marketing and cultural trends;
• Strong people skills: able to lead and motivate creative individuals and teams;
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite;
