Sales Specialist

Expanding our activities into Study Abroad and Tourism, we are looking for a proactive Sales Specialist to join our growing international team.

Location: Hybrid (remote + 2 office days per month for KPI reporting & planning)

Position Overview:
As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales across new and existing markets. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious professionals who want to grow their careers in international business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and manage leads in Study Abroad and Tourism sector.
  • Research client needs and identify how tailored solutions can address them.
  • Generate leads, establish, and nurture client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Handle the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records, pipeline status, and prepare reports for management.
  • Prepare KPI reports and present sales plans twice per month (in-office).
  • Work closely with management to create and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and strengthen client loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales or business development experience (experience in Study Abroad, Tourism, or International Trade is an advantage).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve results.
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset).
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a hybrid work setup.
