Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Manage calls, emails, and correspondence with discretion and efficiency.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing documents and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Support scheduling and assist administrative tasks across departments.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring readiness of front desk and meeting rooms.
  • Act as liaison between visitors and internal teams.
  • Provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Reception, PA, EA, or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • English proficiency is a must.
  • Confident user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Maximum suggested salary: 1000 AZN net.
