General Manager
Hilton Garden Inn, is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our hotel operations and uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the hotel, ensuring alignment with Hilton brand values and standards.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, sales & marketing, and administration).
- Ensure the consistent delivery of Hilton service culture, brand promises, and loyalty program standards.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales, marketing, and revenue management strategies.
- Monitor and optimize financial performance, budgets, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with all Hilton brand standards, corporate policies, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, corporate representatives, guests, and local stakeholders.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the hotel team to deliver operational excellence and superior guest satisfaction.
- Actively manage guest feedback and ensure continuous improvement of service quality and hotel performance.
- Represent the hotel at industry, community, and brand-related events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in hotel management, including at least 5 years in a branded property at a leadership level.
- Strong financial acumen and proven record of achieving revenue and profit targets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Hilton systems, brand standards, and service culture will be an advantage.
