YENEE Product Manager
Role Overview
- The YENEE Product Manager – will lead the design, launch, and scaling of TABIA’s retreat offerings. The initial focus is the successful establishment of retreat programs at Lankaran Springs Wellness Resort, ensuring an exceptional customer journey that integrates physical health, spiritual well-being.
- Following Lankaran, the role will prioritize rollout across other TABIA properties in Azerbaijan, building the foundation for TABIA’s evolution into a global leader in holistic retreat hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
YENEE project Development & Launch
- Lead the design and launch of personalized retreat experiences, beginning with Lankaran Springs Wellness Resort.
- Curate programs that integrate physical vitality, spiritual growth, longevity, and cultural enrichment.
- Expand by priority to other TABIA Group properties in Azerbaijan, building consistency and scalability.
- Develop a replicable operating model and playbook for future national and global rollouts.
Guest Journey & Well-Being Focus
- Create an exceptional, end-to-end guest journey, centered on personalization and service excellence.
- Ensure programs strengthen physical health, spiritual balance, stress reduction, and aging resilience.
- Continuously refine experiences based on guest feedback, wellness insights, and market trends.
Technology & Data Solutions
- Implement technology platforms (CRM, booking systems, personalization engines, wellness-tracking tools) to enhance guest experiences.
- Build data-driven systems to measure guest satisfaction, wellness outcomes, and long-term engagement.
- Align digital solutions to ensure both operational efficiency and customer delight.
Team Leadership & Operations
- Build and guide cross-functional teams across operations, marketing, wellness, customer service, and technology.
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and incentive systems to drive accountability and performance.
- Establish reporting frameworks and individual development programs to sustain excellence.
Partnerships & Business Development
- Collaborate with wellness practitioners, medical experts, and spiritual leaders to deliver comprehensive retreats.
- Develop B2B and corporate partnerships (e.g., executive resilience, leadership well-being, longevity programs).
- Build alliances with international wellness and retreat operators to enrich TABIA’s offering.
OKRs/ KPIs & Continuous Growth
- Drive business growth and income generation through successful retreat launches.
- Define and monitor OKRs/KPIs such as overall income contribution, guest satisfaction (NPS), repeat participation, and wellness outcomes,etc.
- Ensure financial performance of retreat programs aligns with TABIA’s strategic growth targets.
- Introduce continuous improvement systems based on analytics, customer insights, and market dynamics.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management, business development, wellness/hospitality leadership, or customer experience design.
- Strong expertise in customer service excellence and building customer-centric journeys.
- Solid experience with technology platforms, digital solutions, and data-driven decision-making.
