Customer Service Manager
Requirements:
Education: Completed technical and commercial education, Management and Leadershi;
Tasks and experience:
- Management and practical experience in customer service (at least 2 year);
- Management and coordination of the qualified service team
- Personnel management - discussions, employee motivation
- Determination of personnel requirements, personnel development and personnel planning
- Setting of verifiable and achievable objectives
Efficient control of all after-sales activities and the workshop, such as :
- Spare parts supply
- Fitter disposition
- Warranty and goodwill handling
- Overall responsibility for the customer service area - buildings, premises, vehicle fleet
- invoice control, invoice release
- Cost monitoring
- Controlling, marketing and organization
- Development of problem solutions in direct customer dialogue
- Processing of customer complaints
- Decision in "difficult" cases, both technical and commercial
- Customer service, customer visits, site visits
- Establishment of the service devision

- Demonstrated initiative to visualize, organize, manage and complete projects in individual and group settings
- Represent the company always convincing and poised
- Ability to interface with all levels of staff

- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and passport at all times
- Assist the company in any necessary duties to achieve company goals

- Salary is determined based on interview result.
Employment Conditions:
- Monday to Friday schedule, 8:30AM - 5:30PM
- Competitive salary between 2500 and 3500 AZN, commensurate with experience
