As the technical executor of early product experiments, you will turn raw ideas and insights into real interfaces, flows, and tools that users can engage with.

Core responsibilities:

• Build clickable prototypes, webpages, and forms using no-code tools;
• Design and implement interactive flows that test value props or simulate functionality;
• Set up landing pages, micro-products, or pre-sales environments;
• Support user testing, data collection, and conversion tracking tools;
• Adapt prototypes quickly based on test results and insight.

Experiment enablement:

• Collaborate with CX/UX, design, and analysts to create testable flows;
• Help define what’s “just enough” to learn — and build accordingly;
• Participate in shaping MVP logic and test architecture;
• Own implementation of low-code/no-code infrastructure for early launches.

Required skills & experience:

Must-have

• 2+ years of experience using no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Webflow, Bubble, Softr, Glide, Zapier, Airtable, Typeform, Notion, Make, etc.);
• Proven ability to ship working products/prototypes fast;
• Experience setting up landing pages, forms, user flows, and lightweight Uıs;
• Familiarity with basic design systems and UX best practices;
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities;
• Able to work independently and self-manage timelines;
• Good communication skills – can explain technical flows in plain language;
• Languages: Azerbaijani and English (working level).

Nice-to-have

• Experience building internal tools or MVPs for validation purposes
• Familiarity with analytics tools, conversion funnels, and user testing
• Bonus if able to write small snippets of custom code (JS, HTML, CSS)
• Familiar with Figma, Miro, and lightweight CMS tools
