Digital Growth Analyst - Graduate Program
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan (with potential relocation to Tbilisi, Georgia)
Why This Role?
This is a career launchpad — not just another entry-level job. As a Digital Growth Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of data, algorithms, and business impact. Your challenge will be to uncover how Google Ads decides which ads win auctions — and then design data-backed strategies to beat the system.
Think of it as reverse-engineering Google’s algorithms. You’ll treat digital marketing like an engineering or mathematical puzzle: analyzing datasets, spotting patterns, testing hypotheses, and running experiments — all while generating real-world business results.
If you love algorithms, optimization, statistics, or problem-solving, this role gives you the platform to grow into one of the next-generation leaders in digital marketing and data analytics.
What You’ll Do
- Collect, clean, and analyze campaign performance data to uncover insights
- Apply analytical thinking to improve bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives
- Run experiments (A/B tests, algorithm tweaks, statistical models) to boost performance
- Study how Google’s auction and ranking systems behave in real campaigns
- Work closely with media buyers and creatives to design smarter, data-backed ads
- Present clear and actionable insights that influence business decisions
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate (or final year student) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, or related fields
- Strong Academic Results (high score in entrance exam (600+) and high GPAs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Curiosity about algorithms, system behavior, and optimization
- Comfortable working with numbers, data tools, and spreadsheets (knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus, but not required)
- Eager to learn, experiment, and grow fast in an international startup environment
