Head of HR Department
IRESWe are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Head of HR Department.
Location: Baku (with frequent business trips to Sheki)
Company scope: Production facility in Sheki + Head Office in Baku
Salary: 2,500 AZN (GROSS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Full HR administration: hiring, termination, maintaining proper documentation;
- Drafting and issuing orders and HR-related documents;
- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation;
- Interaction with labor inspection and state authorities;
- Coordinating HR processes between the Head Office and production site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR management;
- Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani labor law;
- Fluent Russian language is a must;
- Willingness to travel frequently to Sheki (hotel accommodation provided during trips).
