Chief Risk Officer

We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Chief Risk Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee HSE and Corporate Quality programs in line with company standards and local legislation
  • Conduct detailed gap analysis of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and implement improvements
  • Ensure regular updates of corporate procedures and forms
  • Lead supplier evaluation processes and maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL)
  • Manage internal and supplier audits, as well as traceability systems within production lines
  • Lead and develop quality assurance and risk management teams
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency and quality
  • Advise on business process improvements and optimization strategies

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Quality Assurance, or related fields (additional certifications are an advantage)
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in quality assurance and control, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage)
  • Solid knowledge of quality standards, international management systems, and audit practices
  • Proficiency in office software and management systems
