Product Coordinator
PASHA TravelEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Negotiate yearly contract rates with key suppliers (hotels, transportation, etc.)
- Participate in creating, launching, or implementing new products.
- Conduct periodic product analysis and optimize as needed.
- Preparing excel files for the booking platform.
- Creating a product database for online booking system
- Create product split and make sales analysis.
- Direct contact with incoming and outgoing suppliers
Qualifications:
- ERP System Proficiency: Strong experience in working with ERP platforms to manage supplier contracts, product databases, pricing structures, and booking workflows. Able to configure, update, and optimize ERP modules for procurement, sales, and inventory related to travel and tourism products.
- Contract Negotiation & Vendor Management: Skilled in negotiating annual contract rates with key suppliers (hotels, transportation providers, etc.) and managing those contracts efficiently through ERP systems, ensuring accurate data integration and supplier compliance.
- Product Development & Integration: Participated in the creation and launch of new travel products, ensuring proper product setup and integration into ERP and online booking platforms for seamless B2B operations.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Conducted product and sales analysis using ERP data and Excel tools to identify trends, optimize offerings, and support strategic decision-making. Experience in generating reports and dashboards directly from ERP systems.
- Excel & Data Management: Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other functions to support ERP data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
