SMTS LLC has been functioning in the construction market of Azerbaijan since 2007.


SMTS Limited Liability Company (LLC) was registered under the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 05/02/2007 with the State Registration No. 0107-P294-477553. The head office of the company is located at Haydar Aliyev Avenue, Baku, Azerbaijan.


The main mission of the company is carrying out the construction works through its resources.


In order to develop its operation in accordance to the modern engineering and construction standards, the SMTS LLC bases on the innovative technologies and experiences of the many leading companies around the world.


To provide the planning of detailed graphics and resources in line with the requirements and specifications of the project proposed by a client;



  • To make contact with all interested sides;

  • To keep track of project progress and to define deviations;

  • To monitor closely the works done;

  • To finish and deliver the project on time;

  • Within the sphere of the multi-functional services, we offer the following construction services stipulated by the complete contract:

  • The construction of the skyscrapers: administrative buildings, business centers, residential buildings;

  • The construction of the hotels and SPA centers, museums;

  • The construction of the oil tanks, separator devices, reinforced concrete constriction;

  • The construction of road and tunnels, retaining walls and barriers;

  • The installation of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and electrical systems;

  • The construction of the chemical waste areas, golf course;

  • Drilling and construction of piles;

  • Construction of irrigation canals, fences etc.

Mexanik Mühəndisi (isitmə-soyutma, havalandırma, su-kanalizasiya və s.)

Təhsil, Təcrübə, Biliklər və s ilə bağlı TƏLƏBLƏR.

Tələb olunan Təhsil və təcrübə:

  • “Mexanika Mühəndisi” ixtisası üzrə Ali təhsil.

  • “Mexanik Mühəndisi” vəzifəsinə namizədin İSO standartlarına və ERP sisteminə uyğun işini təşkil edən şirkətdə bu ixtisas üzrə ən az 2 il (fasiləsiz) iş təcrübəsi olmalı (Beynəlxalq şirkətdə işləyənlərə üstünlük verilir).

Tələb olunan Kompüter bilikləri:

  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Autocad ve s. proqramlarda sərbəst işləməyi, o cümlədən

  • Kompüterdə sürətli işləməyi bacarmalı.

Tələb olunan dil bilikləri:

  • Azərbaycan dili – C1

  • İngilis dili – C1

  • Rus dili – B2

Tələb olunan Bacarıqlar:

  • Mexaniki layihə və işçi sənədlərinin müstəqil işləmək;

  • Layihələndirmə üçün texniki tapşırıqları və texniki hesabatları hazırlanmaq;

  • Əlaqədər departamentlər üçün mühəndis-texniki tapşırıqların hazırlanması və alınması;

  • Texniki tapşırıqların hazırlanması, avadanlıq və material seçimləri daxil olmaqla, konsepsiyadan işçi sənədlərinin hazırlanmasınadək, layihələndirmənin bütün mərhələlərinin icra olunması;

  • Bütün mühəndis bölmələrinin (isitmə-ventilyasiya, Su-Kanalizasiya, Elektrik avadanlıqları və materiallar) konstruktiv, memarlıq, texnoloji və digər həllərlə əlaqələndirilmək;

  • Subpodrat təşkilatlar tərəfindən hazırlanan sənədləri yoxlamaq.

Əmək Şəraiti:

  • AR Əmək Məcəlləsinə əsasən sənədləşmə;

  • İş rejimi: 5 günlük iş həftəsi.

  • İşçi geyimi ilə təmin olunma.

  • Nahar yeməyi ilə təmin olunma.

Əmək Haqqı:

  • Əmək haqqı ayda iki dəfə, 15 gündən bir ödənilir.

  • Əmək haqqı məbləği vakantın təhsili, təcrübəsi və iş stajına görə təklif olunacaqdır.
