Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- Search for potential clients (cold calling, networking, exhibitions, etc.).
- Organize client meetings and conduct product presentations.
- Establish and maintain long-term collaborative relationships.
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual plans in line with sales targets.
- Prepare and finalize sales contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and prepare commercial proposals.
- Propose individual solutions based on client needs.
- Input customer data into CRM systems.
- Monitor sector trends and tendencies to build sales-boosting marketing strategies.
- Analyze competitors' pricing, products, and marketing strategies.
- Oversee post-sales support processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional work experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with the determination to meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially CRM systems and MS Office.
- Foreign language skills: English (intermediate). Russian language is a plus.
Working Conditions
- Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 - 17:00
- Salary: Fix + motivational bonus
