High-Pressure Pump Specialist
Working Conditions:
- Location: Babek Plaza
- Work schedule: 5 days a week
- Working hours: 09:00–17:00
- Salary: 1200 Azn + Sales + KPI Bonus (Net, After the 3-month probation period, a 20% salary increase will be applied)
Hard Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and equipment operating principles.
- Ability to read, interpret, and work with technical documentation.
- Experience in sales or technical sales is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and B1/B2 level English languages.
- Willingness to travel for business trips.
- Good command of MS Office applications.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to general inquiries and requests for quotations (RFQs), evaluate technical requirements, identify potential business opportunities, and propose innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Prepare commercial proposals, process purchase orders (POs), issue POs to suppliers, provide delivery updates, and manage order fulfillment and various stages of the production process.
- Prepare and maintain sales documentation and identify key product features that contribute to future revenue growth.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations explaining products and technologies to existing and prospective customers.
- Supervise the installation and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Provide high-level technical support at customer locations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare service-related technical documentation, including service reports and acceptance certificates.
- Prepare sales budgets, including detailed calculations of logistics costs, customs duties, and other related expenses.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment operating principles. Familiarity with oil and gas equipment, hydraulic systems, and mechanical systems is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales is preferred. Experience in technical sales, customer relationship management, and preparation of commercial proposals will be considered an advantage.
